For your convenience, we tape our meetings. Individuals wishing to listen
to these tapes may arrange to do so through the superintendent’s
office. (Tapes are recycled after one month.) In addition, Board Briefs
highlights district activities and board actions, and board meetings
are summarized in PTO newsletters. Also, official meeting minutes are
available upon request, and our administrative staff is available by
phone or appointment to speak with you about any item on the agenda.
Finally, our newspaper reporters regularly
attend board meetings and local forums, and are thorough in their coverage
of District 97 in the Wednesday Journal and the Oak Leaves.
