I run to kiss my mother goodbye,
then I step onto the plane.
It will be a very long time
til I see her again.
As I choose my seat in row A9
around me I see,
some very happy people,
sitting next to me.
Their little girl squeals, Mama!
and then says, Dada! too.
She's wearing pink pajamas
and little tiny shoes.
Ahead of me a couple,
are sitting very close.
Their arms around each other,
sharing breakfast toast.
A gentle man in row A10
is calling on the line.
Hes speaking very tender words
and his bright eyes shine.
Suddenly there is a jolt,
and all the talk is stilled.
A group of men step into the aisle,
Their cold looks make me chilled.
Their hair is long and very black,
their eyes flash like blazing fire.
A woman gasps, a baby cries.
No one knows of their desire.
They talk in a strange language.
The three head to the pit.
One draws a knife, mutters low.
Then on the floor he spits.
He calls out in a bellowing voice.
Let no one move or speak!
He runs out through the door,
and from the cockpit comes a shriek.
The young gentleman says in his phone
Kitty, are you there?
Call the police, and the army.
Get the Blue Angels into the air!
He waits, and the silence is deafening.
Without hesitation he shouts,
The Towers! and The Pentagon!,
Good God, we have to get out!
Then the man says tenderly to Kitty,
I love you my beautiful, Kit.
Quickly he jumps onto the floor,
and runs into the dark cockpit.
Another man gets up,
his eyes as black as coal
Everyone hide in the back,
Come on guys, lets roll!
They run to the front of the plane,
and open the cockpit door.
The dark-haired men run out,
and the pilot falls to the floor.
Suddenly, everythings rushing,
someone screams and someone prays.
I close my eyes and murmur...
This is the end of my days.
Sitting on top of a white hill,
my mother runs to me.
She says well never be parted,
and I know we never will be.
