One
day there were two boys named Jim and Ricky. They were eating lunch at
Ricky’s house when they decided
to take a walk. They walked for
at least twenty minutes until they say a staircase leading underground.
They followed the staircase down until they saw a sight only seen in fairy
tales. They say mounds of gold, gems, and food.
They
decided to spend the night and they used Ricky’s cell phone to tell his mom
they were spending the night at Jim’s house. They ate dinner and
dessert and went to sleep. Ricky woke up. He heard a hissing sound nearby.
He
tried to tell Jim but he was sound asleep. Suddenly he saw a serpent with blood dripping from its
mouth. He quickly hid behind a
stack of gold and watched his friend. He quickly went up the staircase and used the dirt to cover
it up.
He
called Jim’s mom and told her they saw a man with a gun and he shot
Jim. She wept, wept, and wept. Ricky felt sorry for her. And still the
mystery of the serpents remains.
