The Sea and Sky
I wade in the sea
The gentle water embraces my every move
My eyes look up
Another sea above me clothed in twinkling stars
I splash my feet
The warm and silky water pleads to be played in
The sky grows darker
Illuminated only by the glistening stars and shimmering moon
The glowing spreads reflecting the vast sky
The day looses its life
As night falls upon the sea
The dark waves and the skys soft silk caress me
I lay down on the soothing bed of water
Listening to the hushed waves slap against the sea
I close my eyes
Feeling the fluttering breeze gently pat my cheeks
My eyes sting as they fill with water
A mist of blanket warms my soul
The shaded blue sings a lullaby
I fall asleep upon the opaque salt water
Looking up at the endless blue sky of wonder
The daze of blue and gleam
There between the sea and sky
