Instructional Technology: Experiences & Skills
Instructional technology skills and experiences are integrated
into the curriculum where appropriate. These fundamental skills are taught
in the context of curriculum-based projects and not as a stand-alone skill
set. The following, based on the National Education Technology Standards for
Students, are guidelines for the acquisition of technological expertise in
the educational context.
STANDARD 1: Students understand the operations and
function of technology systems and are proficient in the use of technology.
