  • Complete Student Profile Checklist (If Needed)

GTD

  • Complete Student Profile Checklist (If Needed)
  • Support the classroom teacher with differentiation suggestions that can be applied in the regular classroom

Parent

  • Complete Student Profile Checklist

Level II: Students needing direct services

Classroom Teacher

  • Continue using differentiated strategies
  • Meet with the GTD
  • Meet with the parent if necessary

GTD

  • Meet with the classroom teacher
  • Meet with the parent if necessary
  • Complete the Student Profile Checklist

Parent

  • Meet with the GTD and classroom teacher
