Files are compressed in ZIP format which can be opened on Windows or Macintosh Computers. Text is in Microsoft Word.

Various operating systems and browsers treat zip files in different ways. MOST will simply download the file unless you have blocked zip file downloads. [If blocked, unblock for this one download.]

Some will show what looks like nonsense characters in the browser window. If that occurs, go to File on the browser's menubar and "Save as Source" and you will have the Zipped archive.
