Eliat

I like the city Eilat, Israel

It’s located near the Red Sea. I like diving so this is the place for me. The Red Sea is one of the best Scuba site in the world. I did something like 13 dives there.

The view under the sea is beautiful, and there are many kinds of fish to sea.I saw some big fish in the Red Sea, and in Eilat I saw even Tunas! I saw fish in a size of a nail, but in very big groups. I saw some colorful fish, in all colors. I saw a fish that had a size of hand, that has a shape of box (a kind of Boxfish), and his shape helps him to be not eaten by bigger fish, like sharks.

The Red Sea is a wonderful place, but it could be dangerous to be in it… even scary. Poisonous fish, biting fish and more. I saw by myself what is dangerous fish. I saw Barakuda-A fish in a size of half meter, biting fish. I some baby Barakudas too, When I had a dive from a boat in Taba. They are coming under the diving boat to have protection.

When I had a night dive (it was a part of the Open Water course), I saw an octopus. I saw just his head-It was 30 centimeter long. It’s arms were covered with the sand.

I saw 15 lionfish in the same place in Eilat. It’s my favorite fish. It looks like a lion, a big and colorful fish. There is other kind of this fish that called Sunfish. It is a Poisonous fish, dangerous, but it never attacks divers. They ignore divers most of the time.

I had some dives at many places in Israel, Egypt and other-but in Eilat the difference is clear. The restaurants in Eilat, the Israeli Language and the nice environment make it my favorite place.
