3 September in Russia is a day to remember victims of Beslan. Ceremonies will take part tomorrow. It is still unbelievable how such thing could happen. No reason, politics or religion, can justify killing small children.

After that time too many terrorist attacked have happened in the world, the strongest are in Spain , Britain , Egypt . When will be the end to all this? Terrorist are promising new attacks in Europe .

Some people call terrorism "The World War III". It is very true and news from many countries proves it. Nobody knows where the next attack is going to happen. We can not think that it is happening too far from us. Terrorism has no territorial limits. Isn't it a time for all countries to unite against terrorism, to make coalition and laws that will work effectively? It is fact that some countries give political shelter for terrorists after they performed the attack. It is not right policy. Terrorism is, first of all, crime against humanity and terrorists should not feel secure in any place. And country that gives shelter can not be sure that those it helps to will not use this territory for attacks and recruitments.

Terrorism can not exist without financing, for some people it becomes a highly paid job. Sponsorship should be considered as terrorism too and laws should allow to arrest terrorists' accounts in any country. Most of money for terror purposes comes from selling drugs. So, laws against drug selling should be stricter and fight against is must be more effective.

In many cases terrorists can not perform without help from other people, such as false passports, transport, possibility to get into plane without checking, shelter and other things. Such help should be made the crime equal to terrorism itself.

But fighting with terrorism is not only protection and security measures. There are many conflicts between countries, but governments should solve them without arms, in peaceful manner, negotiation. When force is used, innocent people always are the victims. They lose homes, family, relatives. Armed conflicts are a very good soil for terrorists groups to appear and recruit new members from young people.

Radical groups will always exist, for some people it is the only lifestyle they prefer. But most of people in the world want only to live their lives in security. They want to have home, job, education for children and assurance in their future. As history shows, on territories of national conflicts in most cases common people of different nations co-existed well, until some groups appeared and started to raise national hatred.

Spread of education everywhere is a tool to fight with terrorism. Young people should experience the influence of human values rather then those taught by radical leaders. It is not a secret that some of young people join terrorists because of strong propaganda, and they become the arm, living tools for much more experienced leaders in achieving their aims.

Some people become terrorists for religious reasons. They think that God is on their side, it is what groups leader convince them to think. But it is not true. God is never on the side of terror and violence.
People have different religions, but there are values, like love and tolerance, that all should respect. There is enough place for everyone to live according to his religious views. But it is never good to impose views on other people.

We hope that the world will become a secure place to live for everyone, without war conflicts and fear of terrorism. But people should not keep silence. It is duty of people to express their views and wishes and make governments follow them. Only in this way we can make more secure life for us and following generations.
