Cod Harvest - 5th annual competition

July 26 in Gdynia we enjoyed 5th Sea Fish Dishes Championships called "Cod Harvest" - quite an attraction. Several cooks were making dishes from cod. Part of the competition was to go out fishing yesterday and catch the fresh fish. In the photos you can see them (cooks & their dishes), jury tasting the dishes and some more. There were TV guys from the capital with a TV chef who was cooking in front of the camera.

Don't miss the carved melons - which were later auctioned off. Quite intricate work. The weather is really nice so it was a nice day for everyone.
