Registration for District 97    

Welcome to District 97's online registration. We have revised our registration process for the 2017-18 school year, including the process for completing kindergarten registration. Instead of scheduling appointments online, parents/guardians will have the option of coming in during a specific date to have their required documents processed.

PreK Students:
New KG Students:
  • Students must be at least 5 years old and must be born by or before September 1, 2012 or November 1, 2012 for Early Kindergarten admission
  • Please reach out to the Registrar directly if you are applying for Early Kindergarten
  • All families must visit one of our Kindergarten registration events to prove residency and be issued a “snapcode” to finish the registration process online. The next events are scheduled for: April 24, 2017 4:00pm-6:00pm and May 1, 2017 4:00-6:00pm
  • Please bring all required documents to either of these registration events at the district office. No appointments needed or accepted
  • If you miss any of the registration events, we have the following dates open in the summer (Please note, early registration is strongly encouraged. The later you wait to register, the later you will be placed on a class list and will not receive any communication that the school sends out to their registered parents):
    • June 14th 10am-6pm
    • July 19th 10am-6pm
    • August 9th 10am-6pm
Transfer Students:
  • Please download this Request for Records to take to the old school
  • Also, request from the old school any health documents and the IL transfer form if the student is coming from another IL public school
  • Bring in all other required documents to district office during a Registration Event; no appointment needed or accepted
  • Registration Events for any new transfer students into the district will be:
    • June 14 - 10 a.m. to noon; 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
    • July 19 - 10 a.m. to noon; 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
    • August 9 - 10 a.m. to noon; 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. 
Returning Students
  • Access your infosnap account from the link sent to your email in May of 2017 titled, “Returning Student Registration”
  • Verify information; upload documents where required
  • Hit submit
  • IMPORTANT: You are not considered re-enrolled until you hit submit. No schedules or class lists will be generated to students who are not 100% registered.
