Cancellation of a class

Two weeks before a class is to be held, the instructor and participants will be noitfied that the number has not yet reached the minimum. This is to give both the instructor and participants time to encourage others to join the class.

Instructor can check the class list and participants at any time during the registration process by going to Moodle, logging into the class and clicking on participants.

IF the class has NOT reached the minimum number by one week before it is scheduled to begin, the instructor and participants will be notified that the class has been cancelled.
