Course Objectives and
Description: Course participants will use a template
designed specificlly for use by D97 teachers to create self checking map
activities and diagrams to be use with students. Weblinks to research sites can
be included. The template has been designed with ease of use in mind.
Everything is setup for you to be successful, just bring your content based
writing ideas.
Requirements: Workshop participants will
· use a template to make and take usable projects
which will be uploaded to the servers at all schools for student use.
· design a grading rubric for the project.
· submit a plan for implementation with students,
assistance in the lab will be available.
Prerequisites:
· Must
know network login and password.
· Should bring curriculum related materials to be
incorporated into themap activities, if applicable.
