Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction/intervention for medical areas according to the IEP
  • Provide reports of student progress toward annual goal(s) to Case Manager and/or Team Facilitator
  • Provide the case manager with the necessary support, resources, and recommended curriculum modifications
Provide on-going consultation regarding student needs to classroom staff, parent/guardian administrators and others on an as needed basis, or as defined in the IEP
