Julian School Cross Country
Optional Cross Country pre-season conditioning begins 8/9 and 8/10 at 12:30pm for Julian middle schoolers.
At 8am, 8/13 - 8/17, optional pre-season workouts will be held. Meet in front of Julian and contact Coach Apostol for more details, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cross Country is offered in the fall for all students. Conditioning begins in mid-August. Cross country is a “no-cut” sport so anyone who wishes to come out for the team is offered a spot. Cross country practices before school with meets after school and/or Saturdays. Race distances are 1.5 to 2 miles depending on age. Season “runs” through mid-October.
