Sports Physicals
Please remember that EVERY student needs to have a current sports physical in order to participate in athletics at Julian. Sixth graders can have a separate sports physical or the school physical with the sports box checked by their doctor. Seventh and eighth graders are required to have a separate sports physical every year (physicals expire after 12 months). Please provide two copies of the physical prior to the tryouts/practices for your sport. You can either give it directly to your coach or the main office.
