The PBIS documentary designed to remind students of the "Bear Necessities" here at Longfellow School premiered complete with red carpet, popcorn and awards. Station B.E.A.R. met with an enthusiastic reception from students and staff. More Photos.

 S p e c i a l H 1 N 1 F l u A d v i s o r y H1N1 vaccine now available to all who call for an appointment [click for more information] With increased availability of H1N1 vaccine, the Oak Park Department of Public Health now is offering vaccinations to any resident who calls for an appointment. Vaccinations initially were limited to those considered most at risk from complications from the disease. However, public health officials say enough vaccine now is available to vaccinate any individual regardless of age or health status. The H1N1 vaccination is free, but an appointment is required – just call 708.358.5601. Click here for more information.
