Geared Up

A program sponsored by the Oak Park Education Foundation and offered to students in the third grade.

Geared Up provides students with an opportunity to take on challenges in engineering, physical science, math and technology. The program uses Lego-motorized Mechanism sets to teach exciting hands-on lessons, with students testing their own ideas and working in teams of two.  Students form hypothesises and design machines to test them. .
