Experience
This year marks the start of my 29th in Education. I have taught 6th grade, 4th grade and 2nd grade as well as serving as a Reading Specialist. Before coming to District 97 in 1999, I worked at Northlake Middle School and in the Indian Prairie School District for 7 years. After having taught 4th grade at Longfellow for 7 years, I moved to Mann Elementary School to fill the Student Support Specialist position and later the Interim Principal role. I also served one year as the assistant principal for Longfellow Elementary School. This is my third year as the Beye Principal.
