The PTO Diversity Council, which is comprised of individuals from each school's diversity committee, has developed a survey aimed at helping to ensure that all District 97 families have access to a welcoming, community-focused environment in which they feel supported. Parents/guardians of students who were enrolled in District 97 schools during the 2016-17 school year can access this survey by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PTOEngage, and will have until August 18 to complete it. Families/households will be able to complete one survey for each of the district schools in which they have a child enrolled.
The district will send out several reminders about the survey between now and August 18, and will keep our families updated on how the results will be used to help achieve our goals in the areas of equity and inclusion.
