The Greeks
were a very sophisticated people for their time. The Greeks
worshiped gods, built great ships, fought wars and started colonies in
areas such as turkey in only in 1150 BC. The Greeks were not one nation. There were many nations. Each was basically a city. Each city had an army, had a king and had it’s own recourses. The nations would work together on occasion, such as the Trojan war. |
