Hello D97 families! Welcome to the school year!! My name is Dr. Kila Bell-Bey and I am the social worker for the Early Childhood Special Education program at Whittier Elementary as well as the social worker for the PKP program at Longfellow Elementary! I have been in the district 22 years and am pleased to be continuing on this journey in my career. I am housed at Whittier everyday except Thursday (I travel to Longfellow on that day).
