From time-to-time issues may arise with regard to your child's special education services. You may have questions, or you may have concernes that need to be communicated with school staff. The questions are often raised, "Who should we contact?" or "Where do we go to try and get answers to our questions?" In response to those questions, the District 97 Department of Special Education has developed a Communications Steps Flowchart. It is our hope that the steps and the flowchart will enhance communciation between home and school.
