Transforming Text

(MX - stroke & fill now found in the Properties Window)

Select a text object (or create a new one)

Open the Stroke panel

Basic or Pencil strokes for simple outlines; Airbursh or Random for unusual results.

Change the stroke from NONE to any of those available in the Category option list.

Click the Fill tab

Set the fill category to NONE int he Category option list. Now there is no solid, but just outline.

Strokes can also be adjusted by changing the orientation of the stroke on the Object panel.

Stroke outside path; inside path; centered on path

After experimenting with the Stroke, do the same with fill.
