This team focuses on improving school climate and culture, helping Whittier remain student-centered, parent-friendly, professionally rewarding and ready to help all students reach their full potential.

Current initiatives include:

• developing a culture of kindness at Whittier
• decreasing bullying through an awareness program
• making Whittier’s Code of Conduct easier to understand and more widely known
