Welcome to Mrs. Cahill's website

Hello and welcome to my website. I am honored to serve as a Climate and Culture Coach across four elementary schools in our district: Whittier, Hatch, Holmes, and Lincoln. I began my career in Oak Park District 97 in 2002 as a school social work intern at Holmes School. Although my career led me to the northern suburbs of Chicago after that, I always held a special place in my heart for Oak Park.  In 2013 I joined the team at Longfellow School as an administrator and resident of Oak Park.  I am lucky to have had the opportunity to begin coaching systems and practices around social emotional learning and positive behavior supports in 2019.  The physical, emotional, and social safety of our students and staff is of upmost importance to me.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or say hello as you see me around school or the community!
