Matthew Daniel

My name is Matt Daniel and this is my third year teaching, all of which have been at Longfellow in third grade. 

I grew up in Monroe, Michigan, and received my undergraduate degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.  After working for 13 years in supply chain management and consulting, I got my Master of Arts in Teaching degree from National Louis University and haven't looked back!

You'll see me around Oak Park with my wife and three kids - two girls and a boy.  My oldest is Quinn (5th grade). Next is Sydney (3rd grade). The youngest is Anthony (1st grade). In my spare time, you'll find me riding bikes with my kids, fitting in as much golf as I can, and rooting hard for my Wolverines (Go Blue!!).
