District 97 Board of Education

Digital Backpack
District 97’s digital backpack is used to keep families informed about what is happening in our schools and the community, while also reducing the amount of paper we use. A link to each school’s backpack is featured in the main navigation of the school website, as well as on the district’s site. You can access a screen shot example of what the navigation looks like for each school site by visiting http://bit.ly/2w1EeDY

If you do not have the means to receive weekly packet information electronically, please contact the front office staff of your child’s school so that arrangements can be made to provide you with this information in a hard copy format.

Fee Payment
Families can pay student fees online via the district’s web store, which can be accessed by visiting https://oakpark.revtrak.net/. They can also use the online portal for MealTime to view their children’s lunch transactions, history of meal purchases and account balances, to receive automated low balance notifications and to deposit money into their children’s lunch accounts. Please visit https://www.mymealtime.com/signin.aspx?returnurl=/ to access MealTime’s online portal.

Food Allergy Management Program
In accordance with state law, District 97 has developed and implemented a Food Allergy Management Program with the assistance of families and staff members that aligns with the Guidelines for Managing Life-Threatening Food Allergies in Illinois Schools and will help preserve and protect the health and safety of our students. You can access the district’s program by visiting http://bit.ly/2x2J6WA.

If you have a child with food allergies, we recommend that you share that information with the principal and school nurse at your child's school.

To view our websites in another language, please scroll to the bottom of any page, click on "Select Language" and choose your preferred language from the pop-up list. Once you have chosen a language, a message will appear near the top of your browser window to remind you about what language you selected and give you the option to revert back to the original language.
