5th Grade Memorial Day Program and Awards Ceremony

At 8:15 a.m. on Friday, May 25^th, all parents and community residents are invited to the Lincoln School playground for the Memorial Day program presented by the 5^th grade students.

This is a solemn occasion in remembrance of those who have given their lives for our country.  Since this is a serious ceremony, we ask that silence be observed throughout the program and we remind all observers not to clap at the close of the ceremony.

All scouts in uniform will lead the parade to the cul-de-sac where all students and staff and students will gather for the program. 

All other students are asked to “dress-up” on this day as we remember the men and women whose names are listed on our playground monument.

At the end of the ceremony the 5^th grade students and their parents will go immediately to the auditorium to begin the
5^th Grade Awards Ceremony.
