NAMI Metro Suburban is hosting a free Parent University Pop-Up Session focused on helping parents and caregivers of teens to recognize potential mental health warning signs and start open, compassionate conversations. No registration is required. NAMI’s Joe Zuzich, LCSW, and Claudia Hypes, CRSS will share practical strategies you can use when supporting your teen.
