Updates from District 97 Child Care Partners - Jan. 22, 2021

District 97 has worked with community partners to support the child care needs of our families and staff throughout the 2020-21 school year. Please see below for updated information from Hephzibah and the Park District of Oak Park.

Hephzibah

Program information is available at: https://www.hephzibahhome.org/2020-day-care-program/

Fully Remote Learning Program:
Hephzibah will be offering a fully remote learning program at United Lutheran Church in northeast Oak Park.  This site will offer 4 classrooms (total enrollment of 50 children). Both school day (7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday) and full day (7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday) options are available at United Lutheran Church. The first day of attendance for this program will be Thursday, Jan. 28.

Hybrid Learning Program:
Hephzibah will be providing afternoon hybrid learning programs Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on site at Hatch, Holmes, Irving, Lincoln, Longfellow, Mann and Whittier. Beye students may register for the Whittier site, and will be walked to Whittier each day by Hephzibah staff. Attendance in this program will begin the week of February 1 in accordance with District 97 plans.

Registration for returning Hephzibah families is currently open.
Registration for new families begins on Jan. 21.

ONE registration form must be completed for each child you are registering.  This allows us not to over-enroll.

The fee scale for the remainder of the second trimester is attached (click to download). District 97 will continue providing full or partial scholarships during the second trimester for families with incomes under $100,000. For more information on this, please email Annette Anderson.
