District 97 to Host Parent University Session on Elementary Social Justice Lessons

Parent University - May 13District 97 will host a virtual Parent University session on May 13, focusing on the elementary social justice lessons from Learning for Justice (formerly known as Teaching Tolerance).

The session, "K-5 Social Justice Lessons: Building a Foundation for Inclusive & Anti-Racist Work in District 97," will be held virtually, via Zoom, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 13. Participants will receive a link once they register.

Join us to learn more about the social justice lessons that are building the foundation for inclusive and anti-racist work in District 97 elementary schools. Come hear from teachers and coaches about our resources, our goals, and the student experience.
