Faith Cole Resigns as Director of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)

During its meeting on Tuesday, June 8, the members of the District 97 Board of Education accepted the resignation of Faith Cole, the district’s director of Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS). Cole is leaving District 97 after 18 years to serve as the director of student services at Oak Park and River Forest High School District 200.

“This departure leaves me with mixed emotions,” Cole said. “While I’m sad to be leaving our incredible staff and the amazing work taking place in our district, I’m excited for the opportunity to build my capacity as a leader while continuing to support our community’s MTSS work on a large scale”

Cole’s last day with District 97 will be June 30.

“On behalf of District 97, I want to thank Faith for her many years of dedicated service to District 97,” Wernet said. “Although we are sad to see her go, we’re happy that she will continue serving the students and families of Oak Park and wish her nothing but the best.”
