District 97 will be closed on Monday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Summer learning programs will resume and the district office will reopen on Tuesday, July 5.

Village of Oak Park - Independence Day Parade and Fireworks
Oak Park's annual July 4th parade will start at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 4, from Longfellow Park at Ridgeland Avenue and Adams Street. The parade will move north on Ridgeland Avenue to Augusta Street and end at Whittier Elementary School. UPDATE: Oak Park’s 4th of July fireworks display has been canceled.
