Superintendent’s Office
Dr. Terri Bresnahan, Superintendent
Dr. Terri Bresnahan joined District 97 as superintendent on July 1, 2026. She brings more than 30 years of experience in public education, including service as superintendent of Community Consolidated School District 59 and Berkeley School District 87. She began her career as a classroom teacher and has held leadership roles in curriculum, instruction and educational technology. As superintendent, Dr. Bresnahan provides overall leadership for the district and works closely with the District 97 Board of Education, district leadership, and school teams to support student success.
Lee-Ann Roskopf, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Board Secretary
Although new to Central Office, Lee-Ann Roskopf is a familiar face to many across District 97. An Oak Park resident, she spent the past 15 years serving as administrative assistant at Lincoln Elementary School, where she built strong relationships with students, families and staff while helping keep the school running smoothly. In her new role, Lee-Ann supports Dr. Bresnahan and serves as secretary to the District 97 Board of Education. She coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Superintendent's Office, manages board meeting logistics and materials, and serves as a key point of contact for the superintendent and board.
Operations and Technology
Curtis Alsip, Senior Director of Buildings and Grounds
District 97 welcomed Curtis Alsip as its new senior director of buildings and grounds July 1. He brings more than 25 years of experience in educational facilities leadership, most recently serving as director of buildings and grounds at Oak Park and River Forest High School. In his role with District 97, Curtis leads the Buildings and Grounds Department, overseeing maintenance, custodial services, grounds and district facilities. He is committed to providing safe, welcoming and well-maintained learning environments for students and staff while supporting the day-to-day operations of schools across the district.
Daniel Medina, Director of Technology
Daniel Medina joins District 97 this August as director of technology, bringing 15 years of experience supporting school districts through technology leadership, networking and cybersecurity. Most recently, he served as district network manager for Park Ridge-Niles School District 64, where he helped oversee the district's technology infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity. In his new role, Daniel will lead our day-to-day IT and security efforts, making sure our tech systems run smoothly to support our schools. He will also guide our tech team and strengthen our cybersecurity strategies to keep district data and systems safe and secure.
Human Resources
Luke Pavone, Director of Human Resources
With more than 35 years in education, Luke Pavone brings a wealth of experience in both school and district leadership to District 97. Before joining the district this summer, he served as director of human resources and Regional Office of Education (ROE) services for Will County ROE 56. His career also includes leadership roles in Proviso Township High School District 209, Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 and Beverly Hills Unified School District in California. Luke works alongside Dr. Natacia Campbell Tominov and the D97 Human Resources team to support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations and personnel services. Together, they support employees throughout every stage of their career in District 97.
Communications and Engagement
Jamie Lavigueur, Communications Coordinator
Jamie Lavigueur brings eight years of school communications experience to District 97, most recently serving as director of communications at St. Francis High School in Wheaton. Prior to that, she spent four years with Hinsdale School District 181. Jamie works alongside Senior Director Amanda Siegfried to support district and school communications, highlight staff and student accomplishments, and celebrate the great things happening across District 97.
