Whittier Diversity Committee Meeting 9/28, 6:30 pm

Did you know Whittier has one of the most diverse student population in the D97 district? The Diversity Committee is built to bring those voices to life and we need you to join us to craft our vision and plan activities and more for Whittier. Join us on September 28th @ 6:30. More

Whittier Fun Run

This year’s Whittier Fun Run is just over a week away! This year’s event will take place on October 6 from 8:00-2:30 with a rain date on the 13th. We need your help to make sure this event can happen this year. Sign up for a volunteer slot here. Please note that all volunteers and spectators must provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination showing their name to Whittier staff member, Keren Richardson at [email protected].   She will transmit them to Nurse Winkelhake for review. Please send as soon as you can but no later than noon on October 5.

If you can’t make it out there, we still need your help in raising funds. As of 9/23, we’re only 66% to our goal of raising $15,000. This year matters now more than ever since we are not able to do many of our traditional fundraising events. Please consider making a generous tax-deductible donation to the Whittier PTO, which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, that exists to support the students, teachers, and parents at our school through funding things like One-Book-One-School and providing the teachers with necessary supplies.

If you haven’t already, you can register now on our fundraising platform at www.getmovinfundhub.com It's free, easy, and fast to register!  For School Identifier use 5d2f47547adff

Whittier PTO Parent Directory - Website Sign Up/Login Required

The PTO has a fantastic website which is even more robust when you create a Membership Toolkit account. Once you log in, you will have access to our online parent directory which is entirely opt-in. By registering, you help build the directory so families can connect on anything from playdates, birthday invites, gatherings, and more!

To create an account, please sign up and follow the directions here: Create your PTO Membership Toolkit Account.

Important Details: For privacy purposes, the school directory is only available when you log in to your Membership Toolkit account. Once you create your account, you will also need to enter your information in the School Directory on the website. This is located in the account section.

We encourage families to sign up for the Membership Toolkit account to unlock this valuable resource!  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dominique Betancourt at [email protected].
