Welcome to Room 307's Classroom Website!
Welcome to 5th Grade! This website will include general assignment information, due dates, field trip information and general classroom notices. How you use the website is completely up to you. Sometimes dates and information are adjusted. This is always noted in the classroom and it is the students’ responsibility to write down all of their assignments.
Typing Training: All students with Internet access should practice their typing skills at home 2 times per week, using the district’s Typing Training program. The web address for Typing Training is: www.typingtraining.com. User names and super-secret ID's are the same as last year. Check your child's assignment notebook for that information.
Eureka Math: The Parent Roadmap and Parent Tip Sheet Module One give an overview of our new math program.
The preferred method of communication for all 5th Grade Teachers is an email.
Reminder: Please use this website as a tool to communicate with your child about his or her projects and grades. There is no reason that the end-of-the-month progress report should be a surprise - all of the information is there ahead of time.
