Message from November 8, 2019

Thank you to all the parents who came out for “Coffee with the Principal” on Tuesday. I so enjoyed spending time discussing some of the many programs and supports we offer students at Hatch. Thank you also to Dr. Kelley for taking time out of her busy schedule to be our special guest!

Please be sure to complete this year’s Illinois 5Essentials Survey! This is a unique opportunity to not only provide feedback to the school and district, but to support Hatch on a larger scale. School-level reports will be generated if at least 20 percent of parents respond to the survey.  It should only take approximately 10 minutes to complete. If parents have more than one child that attends the same school, they may elect to participate multiple times. For parents with children enrolled in multiple schools, we recommend that they participate in the survey for each school. Thank you for your support!

In order to ensure the safety of our students, we are asking parents who drive their children to please drive slowly and carefully when near school grounds. Please do not double park nor block the street nor driveways during drop off/pick up. Please do NOT park in the handicapped spots without a permit. Whenever possible please opt to walk your student to and from school. Let’s all work together to keep our students safe!

School is in session on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11th.
