Julie Sigunick

Kindergarten Teacher

I believe in setting a foundation of safety, belonging, and a love of learning from a very young age. Through hands-on experiential learning experiences, social and emotional curriculum, a warm, family-oriented classroom community, and learning through songs, stories, and play, it is my intention that all of my students love coming to school and learning from day one.

In addition to teaching, I enjoy dancing, going to dance performances, singing, and watching movies. Being active and healthy is an important part of my life. I love to practice yoga, and I also teach yoga and guided meditation classes, as well as Jazzercise classes. I love spending time with my family, especially my beautiful daughters, walking my sweet dog, visiting family in Massachusetts, and spending time on the beaches of Maine.
