Carissa Narvaez

Hello, Bobcats! My name is Carissa Narvaez and I am a 4th grade teacher at Beye Elementary School. I taught in Schiller Park as a 5th grade teacher from 2018-2022, and 3rd grade in Tampa, Florida from 2017-2018. I attended The University of Tampa to obtain my bachelor’s degree in elementary education and Concordia University for my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction. Aside from teaching, I am a dance instructor at Lights, Camera, Dancin’ in Roselle, Illinois, and love spending time with my daughter Nora, husband Mr. Narvaez (who teaches at Mann School), and furry friend, Bruno. I can’t wait to meet my new students and make this school year the best one yet!
