All meetings are held at 7 p.m. in the board room - Administration building, 260 W. Madison, unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda.
Public Comment for Virtual Meetings
Members of the public will be offered an opportunity to address the board during the public comment portion of the meeting via telephone access with prior notice to the District. For those who wish to address the board live during the meeting, please email [email protected] before 4 p.m. on the day prior to the board meeting, and additional information will be provided. Your name will be called when it is your time to speak. Alternatively, members of the public may submit public comments by email prior to the board meeting, to be announced during the public comment portion of the meeting. Email submissions should be made by 7 p.m. on the date of the meeting and sent to [email protected] with the subject, “Public Comment.” Your message must include your first and last name in order to be read aloud.
