- A resolution to adopt the final 2016 levy and a resolution authorizing the reduction of certain fund levies for the 2016 levy year
- Entry into a data sharing agreement with Success of All Youth pending review by the district's legal team
- Resolution to issue working cash fund bonds
- The board approved the estimated 2016 tax levy.
- The board received an update from Superintendent Kelley that included her November 15 presentation on the district's vision and goals and information about her goals and key performance indicators.
- The board received reports from the members who serve as liaisons to the Facilities Advisory Committee, the Committee for Legislative Action, Intervention and Monitoring, the Citizens' Council and the Oak Park Education Foundation.
- The board reviewed and discussed the latest update on the referendum the district will be seeking in April 2017, which included potential sizes, savings and investments (slides 16 to 31).

- The board reviewed a draft resolution and draft agreement related to a recommendation that the district continue its membership to the Illinois Energy Consortium and change the address of the administration building in conjunction with the renewal of the membership.
