Michaela Ruff
Art Teacher
After receiving a K-12 Art Educating degree from the University of New Mexico in 2006, I went on to further my own education by getting a Masters from St. Xavier University for Teacher Leadership in 2010. This degree has helped me to develop a strong voice on teams that help to think outside the box for our staff and students. In 2017 I began teaching in Oak Park and have enjoyed teaching at Holmes, Longfellow, and now Hatch. When you walk into the Art Room, you can expect to be greeted by hardworking artists that feel loved, seen, and excited to explore their creativity!
