What Is Artsonia?

Artsonia is a digital portfolio and online student art gallery. Students in grades 3–5 use Artsonia to document completed projects and build a collection of their artwork over time.

How Students Use It

After completing a project, students may photograph their artwork, upload it to their portfolio, and add an artist statement or reflection when appropriate. This helps students practice presenting their work and thinking about their artistic choices.

For Families

By giving parent permission and creating a parent account, families can:

  • View artwork in the school gallery and the student’s portfolio
  • Receive notifications when new artwork is published
  • Invite family and friends to join the student artist’s fan club
  • Approve comments left for the student artist
