Rahwa Casselle

Mrs. Casselle serves as an instructional coach who supports teachers in strengthening instructional practices and improving student learning across the middle school. She collaborates closely with educators to co-plan rigorous, standards-aligned lessons, models effective instruction directly in classrooms, and provides targeted professional development aligned to schoolwide goals. Through ongoing coaching cycles, data-driven conversations, and side-by-side support, Mrs. Casselle helps build teacher capacity, promotes equitable learning experiences, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
