Rahwa Casselle
MTSS Math Interventionist
Mrs. Casselle is the math interventionist, working with striving students to meet grade-level math standards. She assesses students' mathematical abilities to identify specific areas of difficulty and then provides targeted, small-group instruction to address those gaps. Mrs. Casselle uses a variety of instructional strategies, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and technology, to reinforce foundational math skills such as number sense, fluency, problem-solving, arithmetic, and algebraic operations. She also collaborates with classroom teachers to monitor progress, adjust instruction as needed, and ensure that students receive the support necessary to build confidence and improve overall math performance.
