My name is Diane Dungca and I want to thank you for the opportunity to teach your child this year.

A bit about me...

I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Lewis University in elementary education and pursued a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. I have taught middle school science, reading and social studies for 10 years in Cicero, IL. I shifted to Oak Park to teach middle school science (including Community Service Project and Executive Functioning) at Julian Middle School, recently. But I have always been curious about teaching elementary grades... so here I am, and I love it!

My goal is to understand your child’s needs and to help them learn responsible ways to realize their potential and develop academically and socially.

I am committed to providing developmentally appropriate curriculum and using a wide range of engaging instructional strategies.
