Tulicia Edwards is the contact person for all OPESP, OPTAA, SEIU members, as well as lunchroom/playground staff and administrative support staff who work in District 97. She assists with all HR needs, including benefits, salary information, stipends, prior approvals, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, evaluation tracking, etc.
